Refund policy
Due to the limited, small-batch nature of our collections, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds for fit, preference, or change of mind. Size exchanges may be approved on a case-by-case basis, subject to availability. If the requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
To be eligible for exchange consideration:
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
• Customers are responsible for return shipping
Each garment is carefully inspected prior to shipment. Due to the delicate nature of our pieces — including specialty embroidery, lace, and hand-finished details — items showing signs of wear, damage, washing, or alteration are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Clear photos of the item as received
• Photos of the original packaging
• A detailed description of the issue
• Your order number
All claims are reviewed at our discretion. Damage consistent with wear, misuse, washing, or alteration is not eligible for refund.
If approved, return instructions will be provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend using a trackable service.
Approved refunds (for verified defects only) will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.
Sale Items
Items purchased at a discounted price or during promotional events are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
